Submission for August issue of the Artisans in Miniature magazine [link]
Traditional North of England Ham and Pease Pudding with Stotties. Stotties are a typical type of northern flatbread, soft and doughy in texture. Pease pudding is a paste made from cooked yellow split peas. I've put a better explanation and more info in the mag  As a size reference... the wooden board in the front of the photo measures 22mm in diameter - approx 7/8 of an inch. Bread, ham and pease pudding made from polymer clay. Cutlery, china and board are purchased. |

I'm not sure what you mean by textures though
The bread I textured by hand with a dental pick, the ham with a tissue blade... as my hand was holding the implements at the time...would that be considered as 'by hand'?
